I'm Fabienne — a Swiss-trained pastry chef with over fifteen years of professional baking experience, including the last four years here in Invermere, where I've fallen in love with the community and its rhythm.
Baking has always been part of my life. From time spent baking at home with my mom to completing a five-year pastry apprenticeship in Switzerland, it's a craft l've returned to again and again. After working for years in professional bakeries — with many early mornings behind the scenes — I decided it was time to open my own bakery.
